When your mouse sticks what should you do?

1. Turn your computer off
   
2. Flip mouse over and twist the cover off
   
3. Flip the ball into your hand
   
4. Clean the rollers with a q-tip and alcohol
   Note: Keep q-tips as dry as possible and DO NOT pour alcohol into the mouse)
   
5. Wipe down the ball
   
6. Put back together
   
7. Let dry and use
