Returns can be made up to 1 month after order date. Email us at Returns@things4computers.com for a return authorization number and instructions. Please include with your return, the order number and the reason for returning the product. All Products must be in original condition for full refund. We reserve the right to charge 15% fee for open and used products returned. Shipping Costs and Shipping Reimbursements:     1) The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless an error has been made on the part of our company     2) Reimbursement for shipping and handling will be made only if there has been an error on the part of our company.
